POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Service Representative will answer all incoming calls of potential new cases with the utmost professionalism and will fill out the new client intake before transferring to the respective intake team. The Operator will also fill out numerous excels to assist their supervisor.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Answering all incoming phone calls of new or existing clients
Answering all incoming emails in a timely professional manner
Professional phone conduct
Gathering needed new client information and appropriately directing clients to the intake team
Generating and daily maintenance of excel reports
Effectively reviewing files and flow of incoming calls
Placing daily follow-up calls with potential and existing clients
Working in a team setting
Perform other related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
Full-time.
High school/GED diploma required.
Bilingual (English/ Spanish).
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Experience with data-entry functions.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.
Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

Weds: OFF
Thurs: OFF
Fri: 1:00PM – 9:00PM
Sat: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Sun: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
